A fabulous little jewellers, they have a very good selection much of which i have never seen elsewhere. the shop is easily wheelchair accessible when we visited we were greeted by a beautiful and charismatic young lady who asked us what we were looking for. she simply showed us what they stocked and let us decide, there was no pressure. i highly recommend

From the surprise beautiful engagement ring my fiancé chose, to then the experience of choosing my wedding ring…I couldn’t recommend Fogal and Barnes enough. Mona truly cares and makes the whole experience the dream it should feel like! Even when walking past we will have a little catch up and it’s just so lovely! I’ve been following Fogal and Barnes on social media for a while now and knew I had to visit there on our trip to Harrogate. We had an absolutely amazing buying experience with Mona and her team, it felt very genuine. I had an idea of what I wanted, but was shown other options just to give me the best choice possible. Ended up with a stunning diamond trilogy ring, which I absolutely love.

The welcome we received from the very beginning from Mona and her lovely team was amazing, followed by their knowledge and passion for their beautiful jewellery was so reassuring as we had wanted advice on my wife’s antique engagement ring that we had owned for 37yrs. Was looking for a white gold sapphire ring for my 60th birthday so visited here on the 16:2:25. The service here was exceptional and the level of time and information giving was outstanding and not forceful in anyway. I had a ring custom made as are all their rings, and whilst there decided to have two other rings re-plated and cleaned. Took three weeks for my ring to be made and a week for the others. Collected them 19:3:24 and I am absolutely thrilled with my new ring and the standard of the others. It’s unique and stunning. I would recommend anyone to visit here if you are looking for beautiful jewellery with great service. I cannot thank you enough.

Purchased fiancé’s wedding ring. We were shown lots of options and were given good advice from staff. They were very knowledgeable and honest about what worked best for us to help choose the right ring. The delivery was very quick and the shop held onto the ring until we were able to travel back to Harrogate to collect it. Staff were very friendly and we loved the addition of Coco to the shops atmosphere. We would highly recommend Fogal and Barnes for the customer service and fair pricing.
